Refund Policy
Universal Travel Services (ASAPBookings.com)
At Universal Travel Services, we aim to process all eligible refunds in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set by airlines, hotels, and service partners involved in your booking.
1. General Terms
Refunds are applicable only for bookings that are cancelled as per our Cancellation Policy.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact channels.
Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the concerned airline, hotel, or service provider.
Service fees, convenience charges, or payment gateway fees charged by Universal Travel Services are non-refundable.
2. Flight Ticket Refunds
Refunds for flight bookings depend entirely on the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policy.
Airline cancellation penalties and Universal Travel Services’ service charges of 150 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for partially used or no-show tickets are not applicable.
Processing time for flight refunds is typically 10–15 working days, subject to airline approval.
3. Holiday Package Refunds
Refunds for cancelled packages will be calculated after deducting:
Airline cancellation penalties
Hotel and supplier charges
Visa fees and non-refundable components
Universal Travel Services service fees
The final refundable amount, if any, will be communicated after reconciliation with all third-party suppliers.
For group tours, the security token or advance amount is strictly non-refundable as per group departure policy.
4. Visa, Insurance & Ancillary Services
Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and service charges are completely non-refundable, regardless of approval, rejection, or delay.
In case of embassy refusal, no refund will be issued for any related charges.
5. Refund Method
All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during booking (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).
Refunds cannot be transferred to any other account or person.
6. Processing Time
Domestic bookings: Within 10–15 working days after confirmation from suppliers.
International bookings: Within 15–25 working days, depending on third-party response time.
In exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure, airline bankruptcy, or system delays), additional time may be required, which will be communicated to the customer.
7. No Refund Situations
No refund will be applicable in the following cases:
No-show at departure or failure to use booked services
Incorrect information or documentation provided by the traveller
Visa rejection after services have been booked
Cancellations made after departure
Services already availed or partially used
