Cancellation Policy

At Universal Travel Services, we strive to provide the best travel experience for our valued customers. However, we understand that plans may change. The following cancellation policy outlines applicable charges and conditions when a booking is cancelled.

1. General Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact.

  • Cancellation will be effective only after written confirmation from Universal Travel Services.

  • The applicable cancellation charges will depend on the type of service booked and the time remaining before departure.

  • Any service or convenience fees charged by Universal Travel Services are non-refundable.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Flight cancellations are governed by the airline’s individual policy.

  • Airline penalties, plus Universal Travel Services service charges up to 150 USD, will be deducted from any refund amount.

  • No refund will be given in case of no-show or partially used tickets.

  • Refund processing may take 10–15 working days, depending on the airline’s policy.

3. Holiday Packages (Domestic & International)

If you cancel your holiday package, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Time of Cancellation Before Departure Cancellation Charges
30 to 45 days or more 40% of total package cost
15–29 days 70% of total package cost
0–14 days 100% of total package cost
  • Once visa applications, flight tickets, or hotel vouchers are issued, those components become non-refundable.

  • For group departures, the security token amount per person is strictly non-refundable as per the group policy.

4. Visa, Insurance & Other Services

  • Visa fees, service charges, and travel insurance premiums are completely non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Universal Travel Services is not responsible for visa rejections, embassy delays, or documentation errors made by the traveller.

5. Force Majeure

Universal Travel Services shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, political unrest, or flight disruptions. Refunds, if any, will depend on the respective airline, hotel, or supplier’s policy.

6. Refunds

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after receiving supplier confirmations.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
