DAY 1 - Arrive in Kathmandu

Pickup from Tribhuvan Airport, transfer to hotel. Evening group briefing.

DAY 2 - Spiritual Sightseeing

Visit Pashupatinath & Guhyeshwari Shakti Peeth. Preparation for Yatra.

DAY 3 - Drive to Syabrubesi (via Dhunche)

Scenic road journey through the Himalayan foothills.

DAY 4 - Enter Tibet: Drive to Kyirong

Cross border into China. Overnight in Kyirong.

DAY 5 - Kyirong to Saga

Drive via Paigu Tso Lake and Brahmaputra River landscapes.

DAY 6 - Saga to Lake Mansarovar

First darshan of the holy lake. Vehicle Parikrama and overnight at its banks.

DAY 7 - Puja & Transfer to Darchen

Morning spiritual bath and prayers. Drive to the base of Kailash trek.

DAY 8 - Trek: Yamdwar to Dirapuk (North Face of Kailash)

Start of 3-day Parikrama. Trek with close views of the north face.

DAY 9 - Trek: Dirapuk to Zuthulphuk via Dolma La

Most challenging day. Visit Gauri Kund.

DAY 10 - Trek Completion & Drive to Saga

Finish trek, return to Darchen and drive back.

DAY 11 - Saga to Kyirong

Drive back with stunning mountain vistas.

DAY 12 - Kyirong to Kathmandu

Re-enter Nepal and drive to Kathmandu.

DAY 13 - Departure from Kathmandu

Transfer to airport for onward journey.

Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation: A valid passport with at least 6 months' validity is required. 30% advance payment to confirm the booking. & Rest Remaining Balance to be paid at least 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges per person

• 80% refund – 45 days or more before departure

• 40% refund – 25 to 44 days before

• 20% refund – 15 to 24 days before

• No refund – less than 15 days before

Terms & Conditions

Passport & Visa: Nepal visa on arrival. Tibet group visa and permits will be arranged.

Health Requirements: Medical clearance advised. Physical fitness essential.

Travel Insurance: Mandatory – must cover evacuation, medical, accident, and trip interruptions.

Itinerary Changes: Subject to weather/political issues. Suitable alternatives will be arranged.

Meals: Fresh vegetarian meals provided throughout the journey.

Altitude Sickness: Stay fit, walk slowly, stay hydrated. Emergency oxygen support available.

Currency: Exchange USD/EUR to Yuan in Nepal/Tibet. Rates may vary.

Clothing & Gear: Prepare for cold/windy conditions. Thermals, gloves, and trekking shoes recommended.

Emergency Expenses: Any emergency cost due to natural or political disruptions is not included.

Group Conduct: Respect local customs and maintain group harmony for a successful trip.

Altitude Sickness: Follow these tips to reduce effects:

• Stay mentally prepared

• Maintain physical fitness

• Rest well before arrival

• Walk slowly and acclimatize gradually

• Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol

Medications like Diamox can help. Oxygen & basic medicine are provided.

Currency: Only USD/EUR exchangeable to Yuan in Tibet. Rates vary.

Photography: Allowed for personal use. Prohibited at checkpoints.

Insurance: Strongly advised. Not available in Nepal – arrange in advance.

Communication: Mobile networks work in Tibet. Wi-Fi at some hotels. SIMs available (approx. 200 Yuan).
